Manychat - Flows - Create an Automation / Flow

Flow is the main working mechanism in ManyChat. It is a logical scenario that defines what happens when a user performs a specific action.

How does a Flow work?

A Flow starts with a trigger, for example:

• A user writes a specific word

• Clicks a button

• Fills out a form

• Triggers an Ad JSON Growth Tool

• Or gets a specific Tag

Then you can build the logic using:

Text messages
Buttons
Questions through User Input
Condition blocks, such as If/Else
Action blocks, such as adding a Tag, updating a Custom Field, or making an Integration Call
